Partha Mishra
Managing Director

Partha Mishra, Managing Director, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in July 2007. Prior to taking over this role, Partha worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions in the position of Vice President and Client Partner of their Healthcare business unit in USA. He had also worked with Cap Gemini, Siemens and A F Ferguson before joining Cognizant. Partha has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Anupam Sehgal
Director – Real Estate, Operations and Security

Anupam Sehgal, Director – Real Estate, Security and Transportation, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in October 2006. Prior to joining UHGIS, he has worked with Sapient Corporation, Patni Computers Systems and has also served as a Captain in the Indian Army handling logistics, safety, fleet management and unit administration. He has completed his Bachelor’s from Satyawati College and his PGDPM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

Anupam Shringi
Senior Director – Vendor Relations

Anupam Shringi, Senior Director – Vendor Relations, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in October 2010. Prior to joining UHGIS, he has worked with General Electric Company, UBS and Cognizant Technology Solutions in a variety of roles handling Analytics, Program Management, Shared Services Setup, Delivery Management, and Audits and Quality. Anupam is a B Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur and completed his MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Anurag Khosla
Vice President – Operations

Anurag Khosla, Vice President – Operations, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in November 2006. He had previously served UnitedHealth Group as a Vendor Manager for their health care business operations in India. Prior to joining UHGIS, Anurag spent close to 6 years in the Wipro group working primarily with the UnitedHealth Group account. He did his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi.

Deepak Kapur
Senior Director – Vendor Relations

Deepak Kapur, Senior Director – Vendor Relations, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in August 2010. Prior to joining UHGIS, he was with BT (British Telecom) in various roles for seven years managing its vast global sourcing business with vendors. He was instrumental in running a successful Vendor Relationship Program for BT resulting in a group wide alignment on performance management and contracting. He also worked with GE Capital in UK and in India and with CB Richard Ellis. He did his graduation from Casey Institute of TAFE, Melbourne, Australia and his MBA from European University, Montreux, Switzerland.

Gayatri Varma
Vice President – Human Capital

Gayatri Varma, Vice President – Human Capital, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in October 2011. Prior to joining UHGIS, she was working with Bharti Airtel as Chief People Officer, Mobile Services business for India and South Asia. Before joining Bharti Airtel, Gayatri was with American Express as Vice President & Head - Human Resources India, Middle East & Africa, where she led the creation and delivery of HR Shared Services in India and other Asia-Pacific markets of the company. She joined American Express in 2001 and spent close to a decade with the firm. Under her stewardship, American Express was recognized as a leading people-centric organization. She also worked with CitiGroup, Max India and Hewitt Associates. She is a management graduate from IMT, Ghaziabad and also an alumnus of BITS, Pilani.

Lokesh Prasad
Vice President – Relationship Management, and Marketing and Communications

Lokesh Prasad, Vice President – Relationship Management, and Marketing and Communications, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in January 2008. Prior to joining UHGIS, Lokesh has worked with Infosys as Senior Engagement Manager. Lokesh completed his Bachelor’s in Technology from IIT, Kharagpur and his MBA from IIM, Calcutta.

Pankaj Kakkar
Vice President – Technology

Pankaj Kakkar, Vice President – Technology, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in December 2007. Prior to joining UHGIS, Pankaj has worked with Fidelity International as Delivery Head – Investment Administration. He had also worked with iGATE Global Solutions and Infosys before joining Fidelity. Pankaj completed his Bachelor’s in Technology from IIT, Kanpur.

Rajat Bansal
Vice President – Finance

Rajat Bansal, Vice President – Finance, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in November 2006. Prior to joining UHGIS, he worked with Sapient Corporation as the Financial Controller. He has also worked with Xansa and Escorts Group. Rajat is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as a Cost and Works Accountant from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He completed his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.

Ramaswamy Iyer
Vice President – Business Excellence

Ramaswamy Iyer, Vice President – Business Excellence, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in June 2007. Prior to joining UHGIS, Ramaswamy has worked with Genpact and Xerox India in Transitions, Quality and Finance. He is a GE certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Ramaswamy completed his Bachelor’s in Business Studies from College of Business Studies, University of Delhi and MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Sameer Bansal
Senior Director – Sourcing Strategy

Sameer Bansal, Senior Director – Sourcing Strategy, joined UnitedHealth Group Information Services (UHGIS) in June 2010. Prior to joining UHGIS, he worked with GE Capital in Underwriting, Six Sigma, Sourcing & Vendor Management. Sameer completed his Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Delhi and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business & Marketing from the Fore School of Management – Maastricht School of Management, Delhi.
